Rules

By connecting a Hamstertacho to the internet you agree that the revolutions it registers are recorded, and that the device regularly contacts a time server (pool.ntp.org).

You agree that the collected data may be published in anonymised form — hamster names are generally excluded.

You agree to use the Hamstertacho and this website only for their intended purpose. Misuse can lead to the device being excluded, the account being deleted, or an IP address being blocked permanently.

The operator endeavours to provide the service in the best possible quality and to keep developing it. There is, however, no entitlement to the use of the service. The operator gives no warranty and accepts no liability for its (uninterrupted) availability, functionality, reliability, completeness or freedom from errors, and does not warrant that the website or its content is error-free or that errors will be corrected.

The operator further reserves the right to modify or restrict the service at any time without notice, to delete stored content, and is not obliged to provide updates.
